This customer is a large-scale furniture upholstery company (soft furniture) in Russia and is one of the leading enterprises in the Russian furniture industry. They have been cooperating with our company since 2022 and have ordered a set of multifunctional nonwoven fabric making equipment.
Although the customer has rich experience in furniture production, they lack experience in producing raw materials related to soft furniture. Our technical and project teams thoroughly understand the customer's actual needs. Starting from addressing the large amount of textile wastes generated during furniture production, we provided the customer with a complete set of nonwoven production solutions, including waste fabric opening and recycling, as well as needle-punched and thermally bonded products production.
We sent senior engineers to handle tasks such as installation, commissioning, training, and participation in product development for the nonwoven production line. Ultimately, this enabled the customer to meet most of their nonwoven raw material self-use requirements for soft furniture, effectively reducing production costs by integrating upstream and downstream industries for the customer.
