Synthetic fiber raw materials undergo processes including opening, blending, carding, web forming, needle punching, spraying, drying and shaping, and winding to produce rolls of fabric. Subsequent secondary processing can involve impregnation bonding or spray bonding, followed by drying and shaping to produce the final product.
Chemical bonding production lines can apply different fiber ratios and processes according to different market demands to produce products with different weights, thicknesses, and uses.
Conventional chemical bonding lines are used for producing kitchen and bathroom cleaning cloths, and with special processes, they can also be used to produce abrasive materials.
