The bale opener is one of the fiber opening devices, primarily used for the opening of fiber bales and weighing and proportioning of various fibers. Different raw material mixtures can be set by the collaborative work of multiple bale openers.

As the initial step of nonwoven machinery, the bale opener serves the following functions:

• Preliminarily opening and loosening the fibers from compacted package
• Available for opening various fibers and setting input quantity
• Using a combination of several units to set the mixing proportion of different raw material fibers.

• The feeding amount is controlled by photoelectric sensing, and the speed of the spiked lattice is controlled by frequency conversion.
• The frame is made of Q235-A steel cut by CNC laser, with good load-bearing capacity and stable structure.
• The weighing hopper adopts high-sensitivity weighing sensors, with a deviation limited to within +/-3%.
• Dust-proof brushes are installed at both ends of the drum to prevent fiber blockage, facilitating cleaning work.
• Automatic door covers above the hopper reduce air flow and noise impact.
• The even/stripe/spiked lattice clearance are adjustable for flexible settings.
